Subscription Policy
The Service is available on a subscription basis for a fee (Subscription), which will automatically renew until you cancel. By purchasing a trial or Subscription, you agree to be charged the applicable Subscription Fee at the start of your subscription period and on each renewal date thereafter, at the current Subscription Fee rate.
All applicable prices will be displayed on the payment page, so please review the payment page carefully before proceeding. We may charge the fees in a single transaction or in multiple separate transactions.
2. Paid Trial
We may offer a paid trial for the service, requiring a small payment.
If you do not cancel your trial within the 7-day trial period, you will be automatically charged the full Subscription Fee, as indicated on the payment page, at the end of the trial.
Occasionally, we may offer discounted promotions, which will automatically renew at the full, non-discounted price once the discount period ends.
3. Payment method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided during the purchase process on the payment page (after entering your payment details). By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable Subscription Fees to the payment method you provided on each renewal date until you cancel your Subscription. You also authorize Ask Prints Cart to share your payment details with a third-party payment provider for processing your payments. Please note that your credit/debit card provider may charge currency conversion fees or other additional fees for processing your payments.
4. Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period until you cancel. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription before the current period ends.
You can cancel your Subscription in one of the following ways:
- Log into your account, go to ‘My Account’ → ‘Membership’ → ‘Cancel Subscription’
- Contact our customer support team via email at support@ink-cart.com
You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (including applicable taxes and other charges) for the current subscription period. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Website until the end of your current subscription period, after which your access will terminate without further charges.
We may cancel your Subscription if you fail to make payment, violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds under certain conditions. If you request a refund within 30 days of registering on our website, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the Subscription Fee paid for the current subscription period. We will also refund the join-fee along with the Subscription Fee.
Notice for residents of certain U.S. states: If you are a resident of California and cancel the Terms of Service within three business days of your registration on the Website, you will receive a refund of any payments made. We will process the refund within ten days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Notice for EU residents: By agreeing to these Terms, you request the immediate performance of the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw once the Terms are fully performed. If you cancel the Terms of Use within 14 calendar days from the date of your registration, you are entitled to a proportionate refund.
